Product Queries
Will I have to make changes to the existing wiring in my home to install a SmartTouch panel?
No. You won’t have to alter your wirings for any of Hogar’s devices. The engineers can either replace your existing switchboard with the smart touch panel or insert a small, matchbox-sized module in your gang box as per your need.
Is it mandatory to connect insert modules with touch panels?
Not unless you’ll use the touch panel for purposes other than normal electrical switching. For instance, if you wish to use your touch panel to dim lights and regulate fans, the respective dimmer module will be required.
What is the benefit of Z-Wave?
The biggest benefits of Z-Wave, especially when compared to ZigBee, are its low power consumption, great compatibility, and a 30+ m wireless range. And since Z-Wave runs on a low frequency radio band, it does not interfere with Wi-Fi devices.
